Sanding & Finishing of Existing Wood Floors
Includes two coats of gloss or satin finish. Staining available (additional charge)

Recoating
Finish is compatible if Knieper Wood Floors previously did your floors, otherwise a test may be needed to make sure there will not be a chemical reaction. Gloss or satin finish available.

Patching
Patching refers to pulling out existing wood and replacing it with new wood. This may be done over old register vents, where floor is damaged, etc.

Steps
We use a self-leveling finish. We only do steps, not risers.
